In light of the recent ruling from the High Court on the legality of Highways England's A5036 Port of Liverpool Access Scheme consultation process, we thought we'd run a 'Consultation' of our own.
Unlike Highways England, we're giving you 4 options to vote on. (We're nice like that)
We will share the results with everyone, including Highways England themselves, and of course Chris Grayling, the Secretary of State for Transport.
Although like many of the Cabinet, he may have resigned by then.
