Shortly before Christmas, we wrote to Transport Minister, Trudy Harrison MP.
She was appointed to the Department from Transport at the last cabinet reshuffle and we identified that her remit includes the decarbonisation of transport, transport and the environment (covering air quality), and the future of transport, including freight.
Each of these things has a direct link to our situation and we believe that engaging with this Minister gives us an opportunity to move the conversation away from roads and tarmac to solutions which are more progressive and sustainable.
We look forward to receiving the Minister’s response and will share it once received.
