There's a definite feeling of spring in the air, which can mean only one thing... the local elections aren't far away.
That's why we've approached each of Sefton's main political parties asking for them to confirm their position on the Port of Liverpool Access Road and their thoughts on protecting Rimrose Valley.
This year also offers the opportunity to vote for the next Metro Mayor of the Liverpool City Region. Again, we're approaching each candidate, including our current Mayor, Steve Rotheram, so you'll know their views prior to putting a cross in the box.
Finally... we'll repeat this process for all candidates in the Bootle and Sefton Central constituencies if and when the general election is announced.
Transport, climate, public health, biodiversity, planning and so many issues are all wrapped up in this disastrous road proposal, so it's really important we know where everyone stands.
Once we have these, we'll be sharing them all on this website.
